The recurring check. We walk the property inside and out, confirm the heat is running, look for water where there shouldn't be any, and document everything. Every visit produces a Check.

Open the house for the year — water on, systems tested, screens in, dock in. Close it in the fall — water off, lines blown, traps filled, storm doors on.

Filters, batteries, gutters, small repairs. Anything bigger gets a photo, a quote, and your go-ahead before a trade shows up.

Mowing, brush, dockwork, plowing and tree work, delivered by local trade partners we schedule and supervise. You see the trade's invoice.

Groceries in the fridge before you arrive. A car at the jetport. A guide for a day on the lake, a table in Portland, a tree up for the holidays. Tell us what would make the trip easier and we'll arrange it.
